How we work: culture, remote & Frankfurt
We work remote-first: you largely decide where you are most productive and organise your time flexibly in coordination with the team. Those who prefer being on site find a permanent hub for exchange and shared team days at our Frankfurt office. What matters to us is not where you sit, but that we communicate clearly, keep our commitments and trust each other. We rely on asynchronous work, written clarity and few but good meetings so that focused work stays possible. Honesty internally is the same attitude as honesty toward our clients: we do not promise what we cannot keep, and we stand by what we do.
Open role areas
We hire across four areas. On the Growth team you plan and steer campaigns, select the right creators and measure how brands become sustainably more visible. In Content you develop messaging, formats and storytelling that resonates with real people. On the Tech team you build and maintain our platform, automation and data analysis. And in Support you are the voice of GrowAlta: you guide clients clearly through their campaign and make sure they feel well looked after. Application process
Our process is deliberately lean and respectful of your time. You send us a short application — a CV plus a few sentences on why GrowAlta suits you; no formal cover letter needed. A first introductory conversation follows, in which we mutually find out whether the direction fits. Then comes a hands-on task or a subject conversation that fits your role precisely and shows you how we really work. Finally you meet the team you would work with day to day. We give honest, concrete feedback in every round and always get back to you reliably — even when it is not a match. That way you always know where you stand and never lose time waiting.
