Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Baduno GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 166, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, E-Mail: [email protected], Telefon: +49 69 95209894) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Premature performance and compensation for value

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Example: If the service has been provided to the extent of 40 % when your withdrawal reaches us, we retain 40 % of the price as compensation for value and refund 60 % to you. If you withdraw before the service has begun, we refund the full amount.

Extinction of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully provided the service and only began with the performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract by us (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB).

You give this consent during the ordering process by means of a separate, non-pre-filled checkbox. Without this consent, we will not begin with the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. We record the time of your consent and provide evidence of it upon request.

As long as the service has not been fully provided, your right of withdrawal remains in effect — in that case, the provision on compensation for value in the preceding section applies.
