Prices

All prices are in the currency indicated. Unless otherwise stated, prices for entrepreneurs are exclusive of statutory VAT; for consumers, final prices include VAT. Any currency conversions in the shop are non-binding; the amount shown at checkout is decisive.

Payment methods

The payment methods offered during the ordering process will be displayed to you before the order is completed. Payment processing may be carried out via specialised payment service providers; their terms and conditions and data protection notices apply additionally.

Billing & term

Unless otherwise agreed, services are charged in advance for the respective billing period. Contracts run monthly and are automatically extended by one month each time unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Commencement & provision

The service begins after receipt of payment or at the agreed time. GrowAlta provides organic growth and marketing services; a specific outcome is not owed. At no time are access credentials (passwords) to customer accounts required.

Default

If the customer defaults on a payment, GrowAlta is entitled to suspend the provision of services until outstanding amounts have been settled. Statutory default claims remain unaffected.
